Since we’re not talking about these projects in person, we can’t provide snacks! Here’s a recipe for you to make your own.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- Mix brown sugar and butter
- Beat in peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop 1 1/2 spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
